Personal information collected

We usually collect personal information like name, email ID, contact number and such other details during the process of setting up an account with NailorGallery.com. When browsing a few sections of site without you being a registered member, you will not be able to place an order. We use your contact details so that we can intimate you about the timely offers, which are based on the previous orders and also depend on your interest.

Use of information

We make use of the personal details for providing you with service requests. For various purposes like troubleshooting problems, collection of fees, for surveys and for providing information on various offers, we need your personal information. We also collect and analyze the demographic and profile data about user’s activity in our website. We make sure to identify and use the IP address for diagnosing problems in our website.

Our Shipping Policy

You can expect a maximum of 6 working days on local shipments (inside the UAE). Upon your selection of a suitable shopping option, the following steps take place:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from ngp.ae with your tracking number and a link to the website order-tracking page

You can check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions by using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming the shipment of your order or within the Order Status page on ngp.ae

Correct Identification

Customers have to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as it is stated on their legal identification cards approved by the Government) with complete address, nearby landmarks, postal code and contact number for hassle free delivery.

As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the government recognized identity proofs or address proof to collect the product such as Emirates ID, Driving License, etc.

We make sure that delivery is made with the help of a courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient's identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. All wrongly shipped or short shipped product issues will be resolved immediately. Replacements will be shipped within 24 hours of notice (depending on stock availability).

Delivery Location

Orders can only be delivered to residential and commercial locations only. The delivery of orders cannot be done to any public places such as malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels, on road etc.

If the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, we will try 3 attempts to deliver the product. In the event the recipient is still not reachable/ available, the item will be returned to our office. If the customer does not accept the delivery, return shipping charges along with Import duty in Dubai will be accepted by the customer and the same shall be deducted from the customer’s amount. Please make sure of your availability during the delivery of your shipment.

Return and Exchange Policy

Note: The below Return Policy does not cover customized jewelries, Watches, Accessories, Art & Antiques.

Within 30 days of purchase date

Gold Jewelry can be exchanged for either gold or diamond jewelry, or a gift voucher equal to the invoiced amount. Price changes will be taken into account and only one-time exchange is allowed.

Diamond Jewelry can be exchanged either for diamond jewelry, or a diamond gift voucher equal to the invoiced amount. Only one-time exchange is allowed.

After 30 days until the end of (1) year of Gregorian purchase date

Gold Jewelry

Can be exchanged either for gold, diamond jewelry, or a gift voucher. Gold will be calculated on the prevailing market price on the date of exchange after deducting manufacturing costs, stone weights and any other non-gold components.

Diamond Jewelry

Can be exchanged for diamond jewelry only after deduction of remodeling cost not exceeding 25% of original invoiced amount. The value of the selected diamond jewelry should be more than the value of the previously purchased jewelry for the exchange to be accepted.

Defective/Damaged Product Return Policy

Nailor Gallery Portal and our manufacturers stand behind the products we represent. If a product defect is the result of a manufacturing production and packaging process, a full credit or replacement will be issued.

What is a defective product?

All products that are faulty or require service within 30 days of the invoice date are considered defective of box product.

All claims for a defective product must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

Defects due to improper use and application are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Any replacements shipped to the customer will be invoiced for and credited upon the return of the defective product.

Upon testing the returned product, the replacement product will be shipped to the customer at Nailor Gallery Portal’s expense.

Warranty & Non-Warranty repairs

Any product that requires service or replacement and is past the 30-day defective policy period.

Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Your owner’s manual and/or the manufacturer product web page will list specific warranty provisions.

All warranty or non-warranty repairs are to be handled on a case by case basis by Nailor Gallery Portal’s customer care representatives. Please fill out a claim form and you will receive confirmation of your request within 24 hours.

Products sent for repair are returned to the customer once repairs are complete.

Crafted from precious materials, diamond, gemstone and pearl jewelry require special care and attention.


Day-to-day Care

Diamond, gemstone and pearl jewelry needs to be treated with care. Even diamonds, the world’s hardest mineral, can be damaged under certain circumstances, and other gemstones are delicate. To prevent damage as much as possible, we recommend that you avoid exposing your diamond, gemstones and pearl jewelry to the following:

Variable temperatures (humidity, hot water, long exposure to direct sunlight, etc)

Perfumes and cosmetics

Household chemicals and harsh cleaners

It is highly recommended to take off your jewelry when you bathe, swim or exercise to maintain quality.

Gold Jewelry

Between professional servicing, most gold jewelry can be maintained with a non-abrasive cleaner. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and joining clasps are secure.

Avoid exposing gold jewelry to household bleach which will cause rapid discoloration and possible disintegration to the gold.

Storing your jewelry plays an important part as well. At the time of purchase, all jewelry is wrapped in a protective box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. We recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch between uses.

The Nailor Gallery Appraisal Policy & Fees


We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to deliver every service with honesty & perfection and to your highest level of satisfaction.

This Report is submitted by NGP - Nailor Gallery Appraisal and accepted by the Client on the following terms and conditions:

*Appraisal Fee:*

The Customer agrees to pay a fee of AED____ for the appraisal of the above-described items.

1. NGP has examined the Item (s), referring to this report carefully with specialized instruments, preparing it to the best of its knowledge and professional standards.



2. The persons/parties seeing this Report recognize that opinions may reasonably vary as to the characteristics covered in this Report; hence, neither NGP nor any member of its staff shall, at any time, be held responsible for any discrepancy which may result from the application of other grading methods.



3. This Report is provided upon request of the Client and/or the owner of the Item (s). By making this Report, NGP does not agree to purchase or replace the Item. NGP is neither a party nor endorses any kind of transaction, including but not restrictive, such as sale, purchase, or barter.

Neither the Client nor any purchaser of the Item (s) referred herein shall regard this Report as an appraisal or a guaranty/warranty.



4. For protection and transportation purposes, the Item (s) can be sealed in a plastic box containing the original report number.



5. In the event of any claim by the Client or any person for damage to the Item (s) or damages resulting, directly or indirectly, from this Report, the liability of NGP shall be limited to the amount it receives as a fee in connection with this Report.



6. NGP operates as an independent laboratory and has no financial interest in the sale of any diamonds/jewellery



7. The UAE Judicial system shall govern this Report. Only the law courts of Dubai are competent in case of disputes.



*Purpose of Appraisal:*

The purpose of this appraisal is for (insurance coverage, valuation, resale, etc.). The appraised value represents the professional opinion of the appraiser based on current market conditions.

A written document including 2 copies, digital photo and archiving, AED 135 for the first item, AED 100 for each additional item. For more than 3 items, please call for pricing.



• UPDATES

Items previously appraised by Nailor Gallery Appraisal within 5 years are available for a nominal fee of AED 45 per item.
